FELIX Pflegeteam gGmbH is an outpatient care service specialising in the care of HIV-positive people, people suffering from AIDS or hepatitis C and people with psychiatric or oncological illnesses.
FELIX Pflegeteam was founded from HIV gGmbH, the first specialised care unit for people with AIDS in Germany, and FELIX Pflegeteam gGmbH of Berliner Aids-Hilfe. Our team consists of qualified nurses and home carers as well as a social worker. As an outpatient care centre, we are a recognised service provider of the health and care insurance funds as well as the social welfare offices in Berlin.
Everyday life becomes a precious commodity when life is thrown out of balance by serious illness or disability.
FELIX Pflegeteam does everything in its power to preserve the highest possible quality of life for sick people and people in need of care at this time and to ensure that they can enjoy a worthwhile and self-determined time in their own home environment. As a specialised care service, we are familiar with the special life situation and care needs of people who are ill. We help in times of need - whenever we are needed.
Our aim is to avoid or shorten hospitalisation. Taking into account the individual situation of those seeking help, we want to strengthen their remaining strength through activating assistance and maintain their independent lifestyle.
